Customer Rating: Summary: Useful Little Book Comment: I have the 2002 version, so I'm not sure about the differences. However, I love this book. It is very accessible to a first-time speaker of Korean. Its grammar section lays out some of the most basic rules in a clear, easy-to-follow way. It provides tons of words and phrases with Korean script, romanization, and English.
I usually think of phrasebooks as written only for travelers but more or less useless for language students. That is not the case here. I refer to this book often.
